Training and Certification
Every Special Olympics Coach and Volunteer is required to be trained and certified up to the guidelines of Special Olympics Saskatchewan. This training is required to ensure our athletes receive the best training possible. We are a Provincial Sport governing Body and we follow the same coaching guidelines as any other sport organization. Please contact the office if you have any further questions.
(Required for all Special Olympics Volunteers and Coaches)
Each community/District has their own specific orientation process based on their certain needs. However, all NEW volunteers must review the Special Olympics Saskatchewan Volunteer Handbook in full before they are cleared to volunteer with Special Olympics Saskatchewan.
