SaskPower Power Breakfast

The 2013 Power Breakfast with the Prince Albert Raiders Hockey Club will take place on March 19th.  This year’s Power Breakfast features guest speaker Tom Wright.  Mr. Wright is the current Director of Operations for UFC Canada.  Special Olympics Athletes and Prince Albert Raiders will be in attendance to help raise funds for Special Olympics and the Prince Albert Raiders Educational Fund.

Special Olympics Festival & Casino Night

Join us on May 16th  2013 at the Conexus Arts Centre for the Special Olympics Festival & Casino Night.  The night will feature a champagne reception, dinner, $500 in chips towards casino games towards entry fee's for the Mystery Door! 2013 Provincial Summer Games in Saskatoon

Saskatoon will be the venue for the 2013 Provincial Summer Games. They will take place from June 21-23. More details will be released once the information becomes finalized.

George Reed Golf Tournament

World's Largest Truck Convoy

The Saskatchewan leg of the World’s Largest Truck Convoy and Truck Pull will be taking place on September 14th 2013.  The compassionate group of semi truck drivers will raise pledges to join the convoy from Saskatoon to Regina.  Once in Regina teams can participate in the Truck Pull to see who is the fastest and strongest!  Stay tuned for registration information available here.

Law Enforcement Torch Run

The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) in Prince Albert presented a cheque to Special Olympics Saskatchewan. The LETR hosted several fundraising events throughout 2010 and 2011. The LETR raised $33,450 in support of Special Olympics Saskatchewan! Thanks and great job!!!

Be a Fan Day Campaign

The Be A Fan Campaign is a national awareness and fundraising initiative in support of Special Olympics. Our main focus is to raise awareness and support for this great cause by spreading the word and having participants wear RED LACES in their shoes to support their local Special Olympics chapters!

HOW CAN YOU BE A FAN?

There are many ways to get involved in the Special Olympics movement:

 

1. Donate and wear the RED LACES.

2. Spread the word to friends and colleagues by registering as a new "Fan".

3. Organize a fundraising event that celebrates and supports Special Olympics.

4.  Take a pledge sheet out the your community to get everyone involved.
